Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturday from 6 pm we will require COVID PASSPORT or NEGATIVE TEST (PCR or LATERAL FLOW within the past 48 hours) for entry.
Not required for the rest of the week but we recommend you to stay safe.

Check-In begins at 3pm, you can leave luggage with us from 12pm. You are welcome to hang out in our courtyard and bar area if you do arrive early

A £20 security card deposit and Photo ID is required on arrival; this is for everyone’s safety as rooms are shared and a trading license requirement. Deposits will be retained in the case of any guests breaking rules, causing damage, or being abusive to staff / fellow guests
We do not accept guests under the age of 18, as we have a licensed bar on site
We do not take cash for any payments at our venue
For hygiene and everyone’s comfort, please use the bedding provided, guests are not allowed to bring their own!
A gentle reminder to all our future guests: The Full Moon is not only a comfortable place to lay your head at night, it’s also a great social hub with weekly music events, as well as fairs and festivals throughout the year! Be aware that weekends the bar can get lively and noise levels will be high on Friday and Saturday nights until 2am.
We recommend that you choose to park in one of the nearby multi-storey car park facilities, either at Rupert Street, Bond Street or at Cabot Circus – where your vehicle is guaranteed to be secure. There is also free street parking available within a short 10-15 minute walk from the premises such as further up the Gloucester Road if you wish to park your vehicle there. Also available are parking spaces situated directly behind the premises at Brunswick Court and Portland Square. However there is a Bristol City Council parking meter charge for these spaces between the hours of 8am until 6pm, Monday – Saturday as well as an overnight charge so make sure to check the street signs! Feel free to give us a call if you get lost or need any assistance.
We have no parking facilities at our property. There is residential parking in the area from Monday 9am to Friday 5pm; outside of these hours you can park for free if you can find a space!
The full amount will be refunded if we are given at least 48 hours notice of cancellation, prior to 3pm on day of arrival. Please note a different cancellation policy applies to Groups (8+ people) depending how much notice we are given: 1 weeks’ notice or more: all money will be refunded. 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the booking is retained. Less than 48 hours notice: no refund is given.
The full amount will be refunded if we are given at least 48 hours’ notice cancellation; the full amount will be retained after this time period.
Any bookings of 3 rooms or more qualify as a group booking. In this instance, we require you to respect the privacy and comfort of others staying in the property.
We strictly do not accept stag/hen groups or sports teams.
Check-in is from 3pm, check-out is by 11am.
We ask each guest to send a photo of their ID’s, this is simply a safeguarding licence requirement before we can send you the codes to get in.
We welcome guests of all ages, and pets are allowed in our two basement rooms.
