Located right in the centre of Bristol our lively hostel provides a great base for travellers wishing to explore our much-loved city.
With over 70 beds and a range of room-types you’ll have plenty of opportunities to get to know like-minded people from around the world. Our hostel is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable and as enjoyable as possible.

On a Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday we are offering discount rate of £13.00 for the 6+ bed dorms.

If planning on staying a little longer then we do a weekly rate, however this only applies when paying the rate in full at the beginning of the week. This is also non-refundable.​ Maximum stay 1 month.

YOUR FIRST NIGHT MUST BE PAID FOR IN ADVANCE EITHER BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD TO GUARANTEE YOUR STAY.
IF YOU CANCEL YOUR BOOKING YOU MUST GIVE 48 HOURS NOTICE IN ORDER TO GET A REFUND. IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 48 HOURS YOU WILL LOSE YOUR PAYMENT.

Facilities

Our dorm rooms are kitted out with chunky wood-framed bunk-beds, eco-friendly mattresses and cosy hemp carpets, to make you feel at home during your stay. Our guests are also invited to take advantage of our numerous facilities, which include:

-lockers (bring your own padlocks!)

-towels for rent

-backpacker’s discount on food served in our pub

For hygiene and everyone's comfort, please use the bedding provided, guests are not allowed to bring their own.

Things to remember

Reception is closed from 11.00 am - 3.pm for cleaning and maintenance.

Check-in is from 3 pm - 10.30 pm.

Check-out is at 11, unless late-checkout arranged previously.

If a late check-in is required this can be done by prior arrangement, as we have no curfew and 24hr access.

If you do arrive between 11.00 and 3pm, please go to the Full Moon bar, where we will be happy to help with bags, directions, drinks and food.

Photographic ID is required and left on the premises, unless otherwise arranged, this is required for everyone's safety as rooms are shared, and is also a trading license requirement.

Unfortunately we cannot accept guests under the age of 18, as we have a licensed bar on site.

The Full Moon is not only a comfortable place to lay your head at night, it’s also a great social hub with weekly music events, as well as fairs and festivals throughout the year! Be aware that weekends can get lively and noise levels will be higher on Friday and Saturday nights.

Room A

Our twin room is located on the ground floor of the hostel. With its doors opening onto the courtyard of our premises, the room has full disabled access and en-suite bathroom facilities.

Groups

We welcome groups of all sizes, subject to the availability of beds. If you are interested in making a group booking contact us via email or give us a call.

Groups of 10 people and over are welcome on a bed and breakfast rate of £24.50 with continental breakfast. Group Terms and Conditions apply and payment for the stay is required in advance.

Please note we require a £150.00 deposit per room booked for any damage caused. We also charge £30.00 at a time for anyone caught smoking in the rooms. We will not tolerate any abusive behaviour towards any guest or members of staff.
