We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fine if the rooms are left in an unreasonable state.
We will not tolerate any abusive behaviour towards any guest or members of staff.
We strictly do not accept stag/hen groups or sports teams.
We recommend that you choose to park in one of the nearby multi-storey car park facilities, either at Rupert Street, Bond Street or at Cabot Circus - where your vehicle is guaranteed to be secure. There is also free street parking available within a short 10-15 minute walk from the premises such as further up the Gloucester Road if you wish to park your vehicle there. Also available are parking spaces situated directly behind the premises at Brunswick Court and Portland Square. However there is a Bristol City Council parking meter charge for these spaces between the hours of 8am until 6pm, Monday – Saturday so make sure to check the street signs! Feel free to give us a call if you get lost or need any assistance.
The full amount will be refunded if we are given at least 48 hours notice of cancellation, prior to 3pm on day of arrival. If booked using Paypal, a small percentage transaction charge may be incurred. Please note a different cancellation policy applies to Groups (8+ people) depending how much notice we are given: 4 weeks or more: All cash will be refunded. 3 weeks or more: 25% of the booking is retained, 2 weeks or more: 50% of the booking is retained, Less than 2 weeks: No refund is given.
