With plays on BBC Radio 1 and 1xtra and support from the UK, Europe and beyond its is obvious to see why this
unsigned artist is one to watch.

47SOUL unites Palestinian artists from different regions, spanning the divides from Amman to Jerusalem, from London to the Galilee. This new collective has rapidly amassed fans in the Middle East and the UK by blasting the Palestinian party sound in underground music scenes.

Their music combines Debka, the traditional Palestinian street music and dance, with the deep beats and sounds of the fertile crescent area, from Iraqi Choubi to Lebanese Mijwiz. 47SOUL takes these sounds to the global dance floor with analog synthesizers, dub effects, and trance-inducing guitar lines. Their lyrics, mixing Arabic and English, focus on celebration, freedom and struggle for equality, inside Palestine and throughout the world.
